Description
The contract comprises roof refurbishment works at Loughborough Magistrates' Court, 60 Pinfold Gate, Loughborough. The works address longstanding water ingress issues caused by deterioration of the existing roofing systems, including the flat roof, aluminium standing seam pitched roofs and associated flashing details. The existing roof coverings had exceeded their warranty periods, were approaching the end of their service life and required replacement to provide a durable, watertight solution. The scope of the contract includes: Replacement of the existing single-ply membrane flat roof system. Replacement of the existing aluminium standing seam pitched roof system. Replacement of existing rooflights. Repairs to parapets and associated weatherproofing details.
