Description
Staffordshire County Council has recommissioned the current Personalised Care and Support in prisons (and in approved premises) in the County of Staffordshire which is due to expire 31/03/2025. The purpose of the Service is for suitably qualified care providers to deliver Care and Support to all Prisons and Approved Premises on a Guaranteed Hours basis. Spot Purchase hours will be considered and agreed with the Council once the Guaranteed Hours have been spent. The Service will enable Service Users to achieve their identified outcomes to improve their independence and achieve and maintain their desired strength based, personalised outcomes in relation to their physical, emotional, social, and mental wellbeing.
