This may include, but is not limited to: Management surveys to single or multiple rooms, Refurbishment surveys to single or multiple rooms, Refurbishment surveys to targeted areas within room(s), Re-inspection surveys of all or specified ACM records in a property, Directed sampling exercises, Demolition surveys to single structures or full domestic property Any combinations of the above The full details of the services are set out in the specification. West Kent is using South East Consortium (SEC) Compliance Consultancy Framework Lot 4 for the purpose of procuring the services described in the specification.
