The objective of this contract is to ensure the continuous operation of the nurse call systems, which are critical for patient safety and wellbeing at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, City Hospital. Although it is not a legal requirement to service the nurse call systems, regular maintenance is essential to reduce the risk of faults and system downtime, ensuring they function effectively when needed most.
