Description
The Ministry of Defence (MOD) has concluded its procurement process for a new Defence and Security Open Framework, specifically created to foster a deep eco-system for advanced digital decision-supporting capabilities. An Open Framework is a scheme of successive framework iterations that are periodically re-opened (competed) under substantially unchanged terms. For the avoidance of doubt within this published CAN, as an Open Framework the listed Suppliers are subject to change following a framework reopening. When this occurs, the Authority will communicate this update with industry via updating this notice or issuing a new one with an updated Framework Member list. This Open Framework will serve as the primary delivery route for ASGARD; the British Army's flagship Transformative Capability Initiative (TCI).
