Description

To deliver a comprehensive stray dog kennelling service to support its statutory duties under Section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The service will include the seizure, detention, care and welfare of stray dogs for a minimum of seven clear days, ensuring that all animals are appropriately housed, fed and monitored throughout their stay. The provider must offer year-round coverage, including out-of-hours intake and release arrangements, maintain suitable welfare facilities, and provide public access for the safe drop-off and collection of dogs
