Description
Experienced programme management and PMO service to lead a collaborative EPR discovery and procurement readiness programme across multiple NHS Trusts. The service will support governance, stakeholder engagement, requirements development, options appraisal of EPR licensing and contracting models, business case development, and procurement preparation, ensuring a compliant, evidence-based approach while balancing collaboration with Trust-level autonomy.
