Description
Together Housing Association Limited (THA) intend to enter into an Agreement with an organisation(s) for a 3 year (to be clear 36 months) period with 2no possible further 12-month extension periods. Property services works to a whole house as instructed by THA. Together Housing reserves the right to utilise the full scope of works contained under the Whole House lot of the Planned Maintenance Framework via Procure Plus Holdings to facilitate the delivery of our 2025/26 and 2028/30 Investment programme. To commence with duties as to the agreement entered from 1st April 2025. The scope of Investment need for which you have been awarded is for Kitchen, Bathroom, Window, Doors and any other accommodating work necessary to carry out under the whole house lot.
