Description
The project involves demolition of the existing contained flats with removal of existing services complete and be replaced with new build of sheltered housing block containing 40 flats. The flat types comprise 32 no. 1 bed units and 8 no. 2 bed units. External works with parking provision to accommodate 22 no. spaces compliant to current Building regulations incorporating EV vehicle charges.
