The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works/services in respect of carrying out essential external masonry, window, roof and associated work to The Symington Building, Adam & Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7AG. The planned work to the existing roof will ensure that the building remains watertight for the future. \r \r The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are:\r to carry out essential work as there have been numerous reported leaks recently, the planned work to the existing roof will ensure that the building remains watertight for the future. \r • The essential work to the windows has been established during a recent survey of same.
