Palladium, as delivery partner for the UK PACT programme, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for technical assistance to support the digital transformation of Nigeria's Rural Electrification Agency (REA) under the REPAAS initiative. This opportunity involves leading the design and deployment of four integrated digital platforms that will modernize REA's operations and accelerate Nigeria's clean energy transition.
