'School Street Eats,' - previously known as 'School Food Concepts,' and defined as food providers who can offer ready to eat, immediate consumption food in our schools. The School Catering Service at Newcastle City Council require alternative school meal provisions for middle and high schools. Lot 1 - Street food Concept: We are looking for a Provider of a 'Street Food' concept, defined as ready to eat food for immediate consumption, including innovative menu options around for example: noodles, rice and sauces. Lot 2 - Wrap Meals: We are looking for a Provider of a 'Wrap Meal' concept, defined as food handheld in flour wraps or a similar product for example burritos, fajitas, including the supply of a range of marinated chicken, beef and vegetarian options and sauces.
