Description
This project comprises of various masonry repairs to Crook O'Lune Bridge. Refer to SL364-S1.1.1 Outlined Description of Works included within Schedule 1 - Scope. Crook O'Lune bridge is a Grade II* listed structure which carries pedestrian and vehicular traffic on the U5295 over the River Lune near Beck Foot The Contractor shall undertake the role of Principal Designer & Principal Contractor and fulfil their obligations in accordance with CDM 2015. The Contractor shall be responsible for preparing and obtaining acceptance of all the relevant documentation so that the Client meets all legal requirements, including but not limited to, environmental permitting consent, listed building consent, Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders and Streetworks permits, and other written schemes.
