Description

Essex County Council has awarded a contract for the provision of a comprehensive Utilities Management Service across its property portfolio. The service covers the management of electricity, gas, water, oil and LPG utilities, including invoice validation, billing management, data collection and analysis, metering support, portfolio reporting, energy risk management and procurement support. The contract will support the Council in ensuring accurate and compliant utility management, achieving value for money, and maintaining effective governance across its estate.
