Description
The MCA has multiple sites around the UK utilising video conferencing technology - these are primarily Surface Hub 1 devices which require replacement by October 2025. Some of these devices are wall mounted in standard meeting or training rooms, others are mobile units, with some in 24/7 use in HM Coastguard Operations Rooms. MCA require replacement equivalent devices to replace these legacy units, as well as support and maintenance of existing Surface Hub 2S and 3 devices, and any additional equipment supplied over the term of the contract. The replacement will be up to 49 devices, subject to change as the number of devices actually required may reduce after a rationalisation has been completed.
