Competition held via pre-existing framework agreement (GBFS2) for the supply of 12,000m3 of F-35 Fuel (Platts Code: PJAAV00) to Cyprus for use by Ministry of Defence. The order volume was increased from 10,000m3 to 12,000m3 post-award to meet operational demand via statutory DEFFORM-10B.
