call-off (further competition) award under Lot 6 - Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent of the Procure Plus Dynamic purchasing system for Consultancy Services for appointment of a Contract Administrator to oversee all procedural aspects of the works contract to ensure the Council is compliant with the requirements under WHLG and the Grant Funding Agreement with LCRCA.
