Description
Lot 1 is for medium size projects, refurbishments, remodelling extensions, demolitions and new builds. Works under Lot 1 will have a value of between £500,000 and £4,500,000. Seven Contractors are appointed to Lot 1. Additional information: The dates given in this notice represents the full duration of the framework. The initial framework term will be 36 months. The Council may, subject to agreement from all parties, extend the framework by a further 12 months. The maximum framework duration will be 48 months.
