The Healthy Child Programme 0-19 (HCP 0-19) is a universal service that supports children, young people, parents, and professionals working with them. It offers a range of evidence-based interventions, including staying well in pregnancy, quitting smoking, nationally mandated developmental reviews, and the provision of information and guidance to support parenting and promote healthy lifestyle choices for children's optimal health and wellbeing. The programme also includes services for teenage pregnancy prevention and support. An award has been made following Direct Award Process A; The lifetime value of the contract is approximately £59.19m excluding VAT; Contract term: 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031, with options to extend till 31 March 2036.
