Description
Provision of Employers Agent (EA) services in connection with both the Highways and Rail elements of the Liverpool Baltic Pre-construction and Construction phases of the project. Procurement will be via competition using suppliers selected from Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Professional Services Framework. The remit of the eventual appointed supplier will entail representing the client's interests across a range of project functions including: Pre-Construction and Detail Design: Assisting and reviewing the development of the detail design packages for the project and supporting programme. Contract Administration: Overseeing the construction works, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with the contract.
