Description
Bidders were required to deliver all the mandatory requirements as detailed in the Specification section of the Framework Agreement; The scope of the awarded framework agreement is wide and includes, without being limited to, the products and services listed below: ⦁ COTS software licencing ⦁ Bespoke Software development ⦁ Infrastructure equipment supply ⦁ Infrastructure support and maintenance ⦁ Infrastructure management services - equipment ⦁ Infrastructure management services - software There were additional Selection Qualification (SQ), Award Questionnaire (AQ), Commercial Schedule requirements, and Bidder Declarations applicable, and Bidders were asked to respond to these also. A Framework Agreement has been awarded to 44 bidders Where the Bidder did not score a minimum of 65% in total out of 90% Quality in the AQ questions (including Social Value), the Authority excluded the submission from further evaluation.
