Description
This is an intention to award notice under the Provider Selection Regime competitive process.<br/><br/>The purpose of this Service is to deliver care within a Residential Care Home with Nursing (referred to from this point as a Nursing Home) for those patients who have been assessed as eligible for NHS Fast Track funded care, have expressed a preference for care in a Nursing Home and whose needs can be safely and appropriately managed in a Nursing Home. The Service is commissioned to provide dignity and assurance to people and their families when they are entering their final weeks of life and is expected to be safe, responsive and efficient.
