Description
Coventry City Council's existing Integrated Adult Lifestyle Service contract expires 31 March 2027 and the new contract will commence on 1 April 2027. As per section II.1.4, this contract is for the provision of an Integrated Adult Lifestyle Service, supporting individuals through an evidence-based behaviour change model using a single health coach approach with a focus on person centred holistic support, enabling individuals to improve one or more health outcomes as part of a single intervention. This notice is an intention to award a contract under Regulation 11 - Competitive Process of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £16,285,468 (excluding VAT) including any permitted contract extensions.
