Description
East Devon District Council has awarded a JCT Measured Term Contract 2024 to Bell Group Limited for the delivery of planned kitchen replacements, bathroom refurbishments and internal adaptation works across the Council's housing stock. The scope includes associated building works, plumbing, sanitary installations, electrical works, flooring, tiling, joinery, finishing and other ancillary works necessary to complete the programme. The contract was awarded following a competitive mini-competition under the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Whole House Refurbishment Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), reference 52746, conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
