Description
Walsall Council is looking to appoint a single competent contractor to make improvements to a number of park areas within the 'Bloxwich & Leamore Parks' project. The works will include sport, play, hard and soft landscaping to enhance the experience for Walsall residence. The Bloxwich & Leamore Parks project is split into 4 locations; Bloxwich: o Bloxwich Park o Memorial Gardens - Pat Collins o Promenade Gardens Leamore: o Leamore Park As there will be a number of parks redevelopment schemes being carried out within the Bloxwich area during similar periods the works will need to be phased, with Bloxwich taking precedent then Leamore.
