Description
Walsall Council is looking to appoint a single competent contractor to deliver Ryecroft Community Hub's Energy Improvements. The Ryecroft Community Hub project aims to improve the energy efficiency of the building. Works involve upgrades to the building fabric, including replacing windows with new triple glazed units, installing a new external wall insulation system, and installing a new insulated suspended ceiling. In addition to these passive measures, the project will also include the installation of a new roof mounted photovoltaic panel system, electric vehicle charging points, and replacement of internal lighting with new LED fittings. Project Location: Ryecroft Community Hub, 40 New Forest Road, Walsall WS3 1TR Designs provided within this tender are up to RIBA Stage 4.
