Description
Contract for the delivery of Dovercourt Public Realm improvement scheme. The project will deliver a series of streetscape improvements along the Kingsway corridor to help revitalise the town centre. The scheme focuses on four main areas: • Dovercourt Railway Station Forecourt Footway improvements, rearrangement of existing station parking spaces including pick-up/drop-off and accessible spaces, additional trees and benches, and replanting of existing granite planters. • High Street Junction with Kingsway Asphalt surfacing to highlight crossing points, advanced stop lines, and new surfacing to emphasise the junction. • Harwich Library Forecourt Dovercourt Public Realm Improvements Scheme - Award of Contract & progression of Traffic Regulation Orders 4 Building out of footway into the carriageway to create additional public space, additional trees and feature benches, repositioning of cycle parking stands and widening and repaving of footways. • Marine Parade The scheme delivers minor i…
