Description
The Procurement process is described in the procurement documents and in accordance with OJEU Directives and Oxfordshire County Council Policy Tenderers were invited to tender for the provision of the services described at description ii.1.4. Specification for a term of 3 years with an option for the Council to extend for up to 2 years in aggregate, anticipated to commence with an Implementation and transition period 1st January -31 March 2021 and service commencement date from 1 April 2021-31 March 2024. Additional information: The service was tendered as a single stage process under the Light-Touch Regime, as set out in Schedule 3, Regulations 74-77, of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. This is also in accordance with section 5 of the Contract Procedure Rules
