CNC have direct awarded the services under Crown Commercial Services Framework reference number RM6187 for the provision of Management Consultancy Services (MCF3). Lot 5 HR. PCR2015 apply. The Framework allows for direct award and due to timescales for the assessment CNC are unable to comply with a full mini competition route. Full justification paper held on file.
