Sutton Housing Partnership, on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton (LBS) is issuing a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for the Works to Alexandra Gardens - External Refurbishment to 3 No. Residential Blocks of Flats.\r \r Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) Ltd. is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO), which was established in April 2006 to manage council housing owned by the London Borough of Sutton.\r \r While Sutton Council owns the homes and takes responsibility for housing policy and strategy, SHP is responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants, which includes 1,500 leaseholder homes, 19 sheltered housing schemes, and a small number of non-domestic premises such as administrative offices, housing office hubs, and community spaces.\r \r This contract is being led by SHP in partnership with the London Borough of Sutton (LBS).
