West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) requires the provision of, support and maintenance of the Employee Engagement Suite which provides departments and partners across WMCA the ability to engage in Enterprise Service Management. This Call-Off Contract Starts on March 31, 2026 and is valid for 36 months. This Call-Off Contract can be extended by the Buyer for one period of up to 12 months.
